What exactly is Audio Production? Audio Production is a large umbrella term for a wide range of audio tasks. Furthermore, audio production covers everything related to recording, editing, mixing, and mastering audio in order to get it ready to be released publicly. Audio production is most notably used for the creation of music, but there are several other industries that require the full spectrum of audio production skills. Audio production is a process that starts with recording sounds such as music, voiceovers or natural sounds. These sounds are then edited. This involves removing unwanted parts, enhancing the best parts, adjusting volume levels, or adding effects. Then is the mixing stage where different audio tracks are blended together and then finally is mastering which ensures that the audio sounds its best on all devices.
What does audio production do and why is it Important? Audio production plays a big role in creating the sounds we hear in various mediums. It is crucial in music, film, TV, radio and video games. For instance, when you listen to a song, watch a movie or play games, the clear and engaging sound you hear is the result of audio production. It enhances our experiences and helps to tell a story more effectively.

Comparing two music sites, For iTunes, some pros are that you can purchase and own your music, and it offers a large library of songs. However, a con is that you have to buy each song or album individually.
On the other hand, Spotify has a huge library of songs available for streaming, and you can create and share playlists. But a con is that the free version has ads, and you need a premium subscription for some features.
Sound in animation is important to the story. It enhances the visuals and also helps in storytelling. The soundtrack sets the mood of the scene. It can make your audience feel happy, scared, or even anxious. Then we have sound effects, these are the sounds that the characters or objects make in the scene. For example, the rustling of leaves, the sound of footsteps or even the movement of a weapon in a game. These sounds give life to the characters and objects in the scene. Lastly, we have the dialogue. The voice acting can make or break a character. The tone, the accent, the emotion in the voice, it all adds up to make the character more believable. So, in essence, sound in animation helps in setting the mood, creating realism, and enhancing the storytelling.

It includes things like making movies, animations, designing graphics for websites, and creating ads. When comparing two software's, for Photoshop, some pros are that it offers a wide range of advanced features and tools, and it's widely used in the industry. However, a con is that it can be quite expensive to purchase.
On the other hand, GIMP is a free and open-source alternative to Photoshop. It also has a good set of features and can be customized with plugins. But a con is that it may have a steeper learning curve compared to Photoshop.
Visuals are an important part in animation. The character design, for instance, tells you a lot about their personality and role in the story.. The background and environments set the stage for the action. They can transport viewers to different worlds. Colour plays a big role too. It can symbolize emotions, highlight important elements, and set the overall tone. Also, the way characters move and interact with their environment is crucial. It's where animation techniques like follow through, overlapping action, slow in and slow out, and arcs come into play

What exactly is Interactive media? Interactive media in animation is animated content that lets viewers actively engage in the story. Comparing Youtube and Vimeo, YouTube's pros include a massive audience, which is great for exposure, and it's free to use with options to monetize your content. The downside is that it has a lot of ads, and the sheer volume of content can make it hard to stand out.
Vimeo, on the other hand, has a reputation for high-quality content and a more professional user base. It's ad-free and offers powerful video tools with its paid plans. However, its audience is smaller compared to YouTube, and you might need to pay for advanced features.
Content creators might use YouTube for its reach and monetization options, while they might prefer Vimeo for its professional community and presentation.

Interactive media has truly revolutionized animation. It's all about giving control to the audience and making them an active participant rather than just a passive viewer. One of the biggest impacts is on storytelling. In traditional animation, the story is linear. But with interactive media, the story can branch out based on the choices the user makes. This creates a more personalized and immersive experience. Also, interactive media often requires multiple versions of the same animation to account for different user choices. This can lead to more complex and dynamic animation processes. Lastly, there's the emotional connection. When users can interact with the animation, they form a deeper connection to the characters and the story. This can make the experience more engaging and memorable.

Problems i've come across
Audio Problems:
When doing my audio, I found one of my problems was finding the perfect voice for my character as a lot of ai voices sound robotic.
For my solution I searched up the best child like ai voices and tried different ones till I was happy.
For my method I ended up switching from Elevenlabs.io which is what I originally was going to do and used Narakeet.ai instead.
I found my solution very effective and the voice ended up working really well with my character, suiting the appearance and age.
Interactive Problems ( Uploading to youtube):
When uploading to youtube, one of the problems is how some videos can take a long time to upload or may crash.
The solution to that may be looking into why it isn't uploading.
For my method, I checked if I am properly connected to the Wi-Fi and If my quality or frame rate is too high for a smooth and quick upload.
I found my solution to be effective, I didn't end up having any issues after checking.
Visual Problems - (Image Quality):
One of the image quality problems I had was glitches after uploading my video.
To plan my solution I ended up looking at if my transitions weren't working properly
For my method I looked at where the glitch was happening and seen if there was any way I could reduce the size of that clip to maybe get rid of the glitch but it ended up still giving my video a glitch so I ended up making a new project with the video and cropped out the glitch.
I found my solution effective as you couldn't tell after uploading the second project that there was even a glitch there.
